Rajiv is a Senior Advisor at Silver Capital Advisors based out of Mumbai.
Rajiv is also a Senior Advisor at Voltaire Capital and the Founder of Voltaire Advisory Services (India). He has approximately 25 years of experience primarily as an investment banker engaged in advisory/corporate finance. Rajiv has held a variety of leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, the Credit Agricole Group, and Deutsche Bank including Group Head of Industrials, Infrastructure & Transportation. While much of his work has been oriented towards merger advisory and strategy, he has also completed many financings, representing combined value in excess of $220 billion (advisory, financing, closed deals). This includes experience with PE, sovereign & infrastructure funds, as well as privatisation advice to Governments. Rajiv has originated & successfully concluded several hundred transactions in North & South America, most European countries, the Middle East & across Asia/Australia while being based in New York, Paris, London & Hong Kong. He currently resides in Mumbai.
Rajiv holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from Kings College & Imperial College, London.
